This unit covers management of risks associated with contracts. It includes assessing risk, and preparing, implementing and reviewing a risk management plan.
In practice, managing contract risk may overlap with other public sector generalist and specialist work activities such as acting ethically, complying with legislation, providing client service, providing leadership, developing policy, undertaking negotiations etc.
